Verified Translation Chat is a SaaS web application that helps two participants communicate using AI-assisted verified translation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, and password authentication data. Passwords are stored as hashed values, not as plain text.
We also store conversation sessions, participant display names, selected languages, translation drafts, approved messages, usage records, subscription status, and billing-related identifiers from our payment provider.
Messages and translations
When you request a translation, the message text may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the translation and back-translation. This is necessary for the core functionality of the product.
Approved messages may be stored so participants can view the conversation. Draft translations may also be stored to allow review, regeneration, and approval before sending.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide the service, authenticate users, create and manage sessions, process translations, track usage limits, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may store subscription identifiers, plan information, customer identifiers, and payment status to manage access to paid features.
Cookies and security
We use secure cookies for authentication. We also use technical and security measures such as rate limiting, token validation, and HTTPS to help protect the service.

If you want to request deletion of your account or related data, contact us using the email below. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
